GILBERT'S GIBSON

Inspired by the classic oyster accompaniment, this Gibson pairs Marine 01 Oyster Shell Vodka with blanc vermouth and a bar spoon of mignonette. Created at The Marquis Lounge for a martini tasting in honor of our launch. Bright and savory, well suited to a dozen on the half shell.

Servings: 1

Garnish: Pickled shallot, potato chip

Pairing: Oysters, shellfish, and raw bar fare.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Marine 01 Oyster Shell Vodka
• 1½ oz blanc vermouth
• 1 to 2 bar spoons mignonette

Method

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well chilled and strain into a chilled martini glass.
